The Carpoint drawbar lock is essential for every trailer. The preventive effect of the trailer lock alone often prevents theft. It is often insufficient to protect a trailer against theft by securing it with a chain lock alone. Using the Carpoint drawbar lock offers better protection against theft of a trailer, caravan or motorhome.
The compact Carpoint sliding lock is quick to install and locks the tow ball coupling of the trailer with a pin. This prevents the trailer, caravan or motorhome from being coupled, but it is still possible to move the trailer. This drawbar lock cannot be used when the trailer is coupled to the car; use a split drawbar lock for this purpose. The coupling lock fits almost all standard coupling systems. The lock comes with two keys.
