At Hebor Watersport, we do our best to process your order carefully and as quickly as possible. Below you will find the key information on shipping, delivery, returns and warranty.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 14 days of approval and payment, provided the item is in stock with us or our supplier. We sometimes deliver an order in separate shipments, so you receive the available items first.
Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are charged separately. These costs are shown during checkout.
Any stated delivery time is an estimate. Has delivery taken longer than 30 days without us informing you? You may then cancel your order free of charge.
Check your order on arrival
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is an item damaged, incorrect or not as expected? Please notify us in writing within 5 working days, with a clear description of the issue.
If an item demonstrably does not conform to the agreement, we will arrange a replacement or refund of the invoiced amount, depending on the circumstances.
Returns
Would you like to return an item? You can do so within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item:
- is unused and complete;
- is in its original, undamaged packaging;
- has not been unpacked and its packaging has not been opened;
- has been approved for return in writing by Hebor Watersport beforehand.
Always contact us before sending an item back. We will then provide the correct return address and further instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount due within 14 days.
Warranty
Our products carry at least a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise for a particular product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper, careless or unskilled use, repairs or modifications carried out by you, neglect or external damage.
