This lock can be used with outboards wich use a start cord system. it gives security to prevent the opportunist theft of the outboeard motor and boat. No more joy-riding. the Toggle Lock replaces the standard starting handle and is easy installed by drilling two holes in the backing plate. the handle is made of ABS and the metal baseplate of ZAMAC.
